Reference: ASME B 31.3 para 345.4.2:

Conclusion :

1. Piping Class 1CB2S01 for size 6" can withstand pressure test up to 1,5 x 19.98 kg/cm 2 = 29.97 kg/cm2 =
29.39 bar = 426,28 psig

2. Subcontractor will conduct pressure test for TP-331-AG-P-0002, TP-331-AG-0010, and


TP-331-AG-P-0062 at 19 kg/cm2 = 18.63 bar = 270.24 psig (Barton Chart 500 PSI)
