AGENDA: The Question of Taiwan

The United Nations Security Council :

1. Confirms that the government of the People’s Republic of China may issue the
One Nation Two Systems Policy, albeit, with certain amendments, agreed upon by
the delegate of the People’s Republic of China,
2. Authorizes that the representation of the Republic of China Armed Forces to the
People’s Liberation Army in the collective military forces only on the land Taiwan
be in the ratio of 49:51 respectively,
3. Recommends that there be no change in the New Taiwan Dollar may remain the
official currency of the Chinese Taipei, to allow streamlined movement in either
economies,
4. Reaffirms that any military bases in the region may be closed, and no further
foreign base may be constructed within 75 miles of the region,
5. Takes note of the fact that China claims and further assures that the waters held by
the Chinese Taipei must be granted unto the People’s Republic,
6. Calls upon the People’s Republic to officially and legally rename the region of
Chinese Taipei/Taiwan/ROC to the special administrative region of Taiwan,
7. Designates that the Region of Taiwan be provided an Observer status in the United
Nations, guaranteeing them speaking rights, and thus allow them to make a change
with their statements, yet note be provided any voting rights, and be provided
separate representation in organizations where statehood is invald,
8. Declares accordingly that there be no international military intervention in the
region,
9. Expresses its appreciation that Taiwan is provided with the People’s Republic’s
resources in all forms,
10. Further recommends that the political system in Taiwan continues as it is, in a
Democratic format,
11. Further reminds that 45% of Annual GDP of Taiwan would be given back to the
Taiwanese people,
12. Encourages that in the case that none of the above are agreed upon by Taiwan,
forced dialogue be conducted in the presence of either side, and their closest allies,
Russia to China and the USA to Taiwan, and in the presence of the moderator in
the form of the UN Secretary General.
