 Barangay Clearance
 Police Clearance

Step 1:

 Complete all Requirements

 Proceed to the Municipal Mayors Office and submit all
requirements (2nd Floor)

Step 2:

 Proceed to Window 13 for Payment

Step 3:

 Proceed to the Municipal Mayor’s Office.

 Show your receipt for Releasing of Mayor’s Clearance.
