PTI working instructions

PTI
MARS code AYY 20/40 T

Visual checks
1. General condition? (According Hapag-Lloyd inspection criteria and manufacturers manual)
2. Unit mounting? (All bolts tightened, none missing)
3. Baffle plate and unit rear panel condition?
4. Drainage system and hoses free and operational?
(Floor drainage has to be closed after cleaning and PTI)
5. Bolts on refrigeration unit tightened according manufacturers manual?
6. Condition of plugs, wirings and cables? (Length of power cord must be at least 15m)
7. Severe corrosion of unit components?
8. Water tightness and fastening of electrical terminals and connections given?
9. Remove old PTI sticker and dangerous goods labels.

Operational checks
10. Apply latest software if installed version is outdated.
11. Ensure correct configuration of aggregate features, container ID, date and time (UTC).
12. Default settings: Temperature readings in °C
Defrost timer 'On demand' (if not applicable '12h')
Quest or economy mode off, if applicable
13. Run PTI as follows:
Carrier AUTO1
Daikin Short PTI
StarCool Short PTI
Thermo King Short PTI (Function Test)
14. Check final status: PTI Pass
15. Check for any unusual noise. (No vibration of rotating parts?)
