already dangerously loud and adding even
more noise to it.

2. Sub-subpoint1
a. The problem is, the louder the environmental noise, the higher
we turn up the volume

b.

B. Subpoint 2
This where it is important for us to choose an earphone that are equipped
with the noise-cancelling features or also called as active noise reduction.

1. Sub-subpoint 2
a. This feature is built to limit the outside noise by generating a sound
signal that cancels out background sounds.

b.This allows us to listen to music at a lower volume level and makes it

less likely that we will need to adjust the volume higher the longer you
listen.

2. Sub-subpoint 2
a. Besides, World Health Organization recommends
listening to mobile devices for a maximum of one hour per
day and the volume should stay around only 60 percent
and not more than that.

b. The idea is to minimize unsafe listening practices which depend on

two main factors. The main factors are the duration of listening to mobile
devices and the loudness of the sound.

notify us if we have been
listening to loud headphone
audio for long enough to
affect our hearing.

b. This feature follows the

exposure limits that are
based on the safe listening
guidelines set by World
Health Organization.
Therefore, the louder the
audio, the less time we can
safely listen and the faster we
will hit the limit set by this
feature.

(Transition: Apparently by now, we should already be able to understand what is

considered loud )

(Monroe’s Motivated Sequence  Visualisation)

III. Main point 3
The louder the sound, the less time we should be
exposed to it.
Reminder: include intext-
citation (where relevant)

text from articles
more than 40 hours in a one-week
period increases our risk of hearing
loss
1. Sub-subpoint1
a. Raise It by 10 dB to 90
dB, and damage can
begin after only 4

waves into electrical signals for our
brain to process.

1. Sub-subpoint 2
a. This can result in temporary hearing loss, muffled
sounds or ringing in the ears.

when our ears do not have a chance to recover
because of our sound exposure is very loud, very long
or repeated.

2. Sub-subpoint2
a.
b.

C. Sub-point 3
Therefore, this is the reason why it is

Conclusion

(Monroe’s Motivated Sequence  Action)

I. Signal end of speech and summarize main points /
reinforce central idea: Home gardening will definitely help you
to live more healthier, eat more healthier and relieve your
stress. Don’t be scared thinking that you don’t have any
knowledge and you will fail. There are a lot of sources where
you can learn about home gardening. Failure is a part of
learning process. You will not regret it once you started home
gardening and see the result from it. Home gardening doesn’t
require much as we just need a space at our house and effort
from ourself to start gardening.
II. Make a call for action: I urge everyone to start home
gardening as soon as possible.

practice home gardening as a hobby day by day so that we can
live a healthier lifestyle from today.
