Accumulative Payout
• A distributor has to qualify for this payout by doing one min sales from self ID
and entitled to receive generation bonus from self business volume( BV) and
downline Group Buinsess Volume(GBV).
Example 1
“ A” has joined Direll and in first month he makes sales 8500 INR.
MRP 8500 = 1700 (Retail profit ) + 6800 (Distributor Price)
Distributors earns 1700 INR by selling this product to customer.
Now he is eligible for payout for this month.
Business Volume of product is suppose 4400 INR
So at the end of month in his payout will be 20 % of BV = 880 INR
Total money earned by one product sales 1700 INR + 880 INR = 2580 INR
*This examples of payout is based out of an assumption. Payouts can different based on the self product sales and downline product sales.

Example 2
In next month suppose “A” recruits 8 downline and each of them sales a product worth MRP 8500
with BV 4400 and “A” sales product min BV of 1000 INR.
Self BV of “A” = 1000 INR
Group BV of “A” = 4400 x 8 = 35200

Accumulative Payout
• Apart from the bonuses when a person enters in Pearl director rank company offers to remunerate
the distributors with commitment of business with residual income to benefit the leaders who build
quality team with consistency of successful business.
• These distributors are eligible for below funds with no of bonus shares. Bonus shares are derived
from the no of total directors as % of Company turnover at that point of time. This Bonus is paid for
12 month based on the monthly criteria. d
