To Whom It May Concern,

Mollie Metts completed student teaching at Windsor High School in the Family and
Consumer Sciences Department during the 2023 spring semester where she learned
ample amounts while providing an abundance of student support and positive
relationships. She is a delight to work with and will represent your school incredibly well.

Throughout her student teaching experience she has worked with each grade level within
the school. She is incredibly diverse with the ages and cognitive abilities of people she
works with. While at WHS, Mollie Metts, has learned numerous transferable skills which
she can use in any job setting. Mollie has developed a growth mindset of various
strategies that she could implement in another school and district. While she taught at
WHS, she taught Culinary courses, Child and Adolescent Development, Teacher Cadet,
Interior Design, and Fashion Design. She has demonstrated growth, leadership, and
gained many skills along the way.

Mollie balanced school, work, and life very well for student teaching. She maintained a
3.5 GPA from Colorado State University and excelled in her course work. While student
teaching she balanced the role of teaching and FCCLA advisor very well. Mollie
chaperoned FCCLA State Conferences, attended FCCLA District meetings, and WHS
FCCLA chapter events all seamlessly. She absolutely puts her students first and supports
them along the way while keeping up with a very busy cooperating teacher’s schedule.
Mollie handled it all with grace and made it look natural. She is a rockstar of a human
and educator.

During her time at Windsor High School Mollie found it important to attend the events
her students and school were involved in. Mollie attended WHS basketball games, the
school theatrical productions, and filled in as a staff substitute teacher on numerous
occasions.
She has been a very important part of the 2023 Windsor High School year. Whether
Mollie has been teaching in the classroom or cheering on the sidelines, she has made a
huge impact on our school. It is my pleasure to recommend this caring, motivated, and
kind individual, Mollie Metts.
