Document Development Exposition: Instructions

Explain in detail your document’s development from planning to finish, describing your
challenges, how you overcame them, and what you learned.

Planning
From the beginning it was a little hard to even come up with this topic that effects everyday people.
And when I finally did get to the topic of “Removing Make-up Stains” everything started falling into
place with ease. The one challenge I ran into was finding a foundation to start and really get the ball
rolling for a design and layout.

First Draft (for peer editing)

After the first peer edit I received good feedback about the writing and background colors. I made
the clear revision to the first draft, and I was able to complete the draft to the completion and
standards of others.

Second Draft (for your packet)

In the second draft I had added some pictures and changes the background color to white in order to
make the pictures stand out and the font style with a smudge shadow to allude to the smudges &
stains that we are trying to remove.

Final Draft (for your portfolio)

For the final draft I removed the pictures which now seems a little unnecessary because an ombre
colored background and bold headings keep the instruction clear, precise, and leveled. I also made
slight adjustments to the bullet point in each section because in the case more is less, and I only used
1 format throughout the instructions.

 There are no check changes for my instructions because I did not do my assignment in word I
used another website to create my instruction page wish me and my instructor OKed.
