Text alignment to arrange your text into straight line. You can set horizontal alignment in the four standard ways: left, center, right, and justified.
Read the steps below:
1. On the slide, select the text that you want to change. 2. Click Home, and in the Paragraph group, select Alignment options.
3. Select one of the four alignment options in the paragraph group:
Align Text Left : to text to the left margin. Center : to arrange text an equal distance from the left and right margins. Align Text Right : to arrange text to the right margin. Justify : to arrange text equally to the right and left margins.
