• Purchases and invoices

o Guitar cases
o Stand lights
o Sampler
o Tech for concert
o All have been paid
• Approval needed for the 3 December concerts
• Checks have cleared for polos
• Balance as of 12/7/22 is 16272.67
• District invoice for bus for may 5/21/21 was paid in full last year but
we are receiving an invoice for a remaining balance of 380.00. Mr.
Summers is going to look into it.
• Snap raise
o Heather will forward all info to Beatrice.
o Video is needed and will be made when the account is all set
up.
• Donations
o cases of water/soda needed
o candys/chips/ cookies needed
o Hot chocolate
▪ We need more packets
▪ Warmers we will borrow from pta
▪ We will collect $5 at the door
 ▪ We need at least 2 people at the table snack stand
• Veronica and Beckie will set up arou nd 5:15-
5:30
• Heather will supply ice, candy, cups
• We need at least $200.00 petty cash for
change.

• Pta would like us to take care of the snacks for all our events
• Festival fees are paid for Summers and Lin
• Minutes approved for last months meeting on 11-8-22
o Heather made the motion to approve the minutes from
11-8-22. Beckie second the motion.
