PROMPT SUSTAINABLE ACTIVITIES GROUP

Introduction

The adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, with 17 Sustainable
Development Goals provides a unifying global agenda that seeks to transform our world for a
better place to live, more in nature and peace. Universities Is the one of the institutions / companies
have a critical role in shaping and responding to the needs of society, act as an agent for powerful
change towards achieving sustainable goals, through empowering and energizing staff, graduates,
workers through innovative management and work practices to be socially responsible, future
focused, and globally and culturally aware individuals.

Sustainable living means understanding how our lifestyle choices impact the world around
us and finding ways for everyone to live better and lighter. Also is a way of living that strengthens
health, supports the well-being of other people, and protects the environment.

People never notice on the simplest thing they have had gone through throughout the day
may give the biggest impact to other human lives, communities, lives, and the world. Most people
do not wake up with the intention to harm the environment - nor to help it. People get up and live
their lives and strive for aspirations. People do not change behaviour based on what they should
do. They do not respond to data and statistics, nor to negative future scenarios. People act to fulfil
their needs and aspirations. They make decisions based on price, accessibility, effectiveness and
additional criteria like well-being or trends. It’s just starting with an attitude like a noble and warm
hearted to concern on other things, it may give a biggest impact to world without notice.

As for example, with a kind attitude of removing trash or plastic from the ocean may protect
the ocean lives especially those with lower population like turtle. Other example, with alert and
concern on cleanliness habit, as simple as removing plastic on the staircase may save life, may
avoid any accident happened especially to old folks or pregnant lady.
