    This is to apologize for the late submission of Assignment #1. I was supposed to upload it to our
    MS Teams at the time you said, but I was not able to do so because I was having a hard time
    entering the MS Teams.

    I know this has caused inconvenience, and I am kindly requesting that you consider passing my
    assignment even though it's late so that I can make up for the mistake that has already
    happened. I am sure that there will be no delay in this second chance.
