BaLayunin
(Balay + Layunin) A house with a purpose
The main objective is to design a tiny house with a huge impact in terms of but
not limited to; sustainability, functionality and resiliency. As our world is
currently at the midst of different catastrophic events, how would you adapt as
an aspiring architect?
A proposed residential house with basic spaces and softscapes feature/s on the
partial project site with a 2% slope toward across the vacant lot.
A Psychiatrist has decided on its R1 dwelling zone property with a total lot area
(TLA) of 221 square meters approximately, however the client settles on a
maximum 24 square meters only and located in Curamen Monteverde Heights
Subdivision, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.
B. Site Features:
The project site is a corner through a lot with an area of
approximately 221 square meters, the wide side of the lot is facing at the west,
the project has an intersection road on the north-west and other to the
southwest of the site. The site has an existing juvenile horseradish tree and
3.00-meter diameter foliage of mango tree positioned at the southeast of the
site.
The existing 6.00-meter road right of way (RROW) /minor road is at the west
side of the site, and the 4.00-meter minor road is at the north side of the site
parallel to it is a 5.00-meter minor is relatively flat. The surface of the project
site to the road is considered an elevation of 0.30 meters. Across the project is
a vacant lot with a full-grown mango tree at the northwest of the site.

2. If the output is done manually, clear images is a must.
3. All pages must be compile in one PDF format and in landscape orientation.
