I had a bath and now i am drinking coffee tonight.?

All i can have to drink in this camp are bottles of tea, water and coffee, etc. ??
There are breaks, but not at specific times or moments.
When the camp is very calm and there are few injuries I can rest.
I spend my spare time either reading, resting, painting, or researching and talking
with you and my daughter (Tracy)
I am the leader of the batch and with more than 13 doctors working under me, I can
give proper treatment and leave it to my juniors if it is not serious.
I don't really have time to relax until when it's past midnight.??
Even when i try to relax, I get up around 4:00am or 05:00am in the morning. I put
away the laundry that I hung out the night before.
In the morning, there is laundry to be washed again in the morning after morning
exercise, so I do it. The amount of laundry is not huge. There are work clothes,
shirts, gym clothes, and so on.
Even if I don't have much workload some days when the workload is less, I engaged
in other military camp activities, like cleaning and Classroom seminars in
leadership, Practical leadership exercises., and the day is over before I know
it. ?????
