SCHOOL EVENT PROPOSAL

Name of the Event: Acquaintance Party

Theme: Hawaiian Party

Venue: Carandang Beach Resort

Date of the event: 5th of October 2022

Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Event Management Details:

 BAT Faculty and CSC officers will be there to manage and attend the participants.
 The event will have a program and a presentation per block and the faculty as well.
 The event will be organized at the school premises and the founder of the school will be the chief
guest and the meet will be held for one day.
 Entry via passes for the students of MPDCI which will be available for a nominal fee of Php 20.00
from the ROTC officers.
 Risk and security management will be taken care off for everyone.

Publicity Management of the event:

 Publicity of the event would be managed by the agriculture students of Masbate Polytechnic and
Development College, Inc.
 All the esteemed media platforms will publicize this event.
