“A RESOLUTION TO HAVE KOLEKTA-DISIPLINA SA OPISYAL AS AN


INTERVENTION PROGRAM FOR VIOLATING SECTION 7, SECTION 8, AND
SECTION 9 IN ARTICLE VI OF THE SUPREME PUPIL GOVERNMENT
CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS.”

WHEREAS, Section 2-
Article VII of the
Constitution and By-Laws of
the Supreme
Student Government states that
the body shall plan,
implement, and enforce
policies designed to
protect and promote the
students9 rights and welfare.
As well as formulate, and
recommend
programs that will address
relevant issues and concerns of
the students.
WHEREAS, Section 2-Article VII of the Constitution and By-Laws of the
Supreme Pupil Government states that the body shall plan, implement, and enforce
policies designed to protect and promote students’ rights and welfare. As well, as
formulate, and recommend programs that will address relevant issues and concerns
of the students.

WHEREAS, some officers of the Supreme Pupils Government and its right
arm organization are violating some sections in Article VI of the Constitution and By-
Laws of the Supreme Pupil Government as follows;
Section 7 states that every student shall abide by the Supreme Pupil
Government Constitution and By-Laws, and
Section 8 states that every student shall support the activities and programs
of the Supreme Pupil Government and the Department of Education as approved by
the appropriate DepEd Issuances, and
Section 9 states that every student shall strive to become a proactive member
of society and in the contribute to the development of his/her community.

WHEREAS, the duties and responsibilities of the officers are not fulfilled
which may affect the image and function of the governing bodies of the students.
WHEREAS, Officers of SPG and DAPO will be given a penalty of a certain
amount depending on the weight of his/her violation. The penalties are as follows;
Laziness 5.00
Tardiness in every Quorum and General Assembly 10.00
Not attending the flag ceremony/activities 15.00
(Violation related to the sections of Article VI of the Constitution and By-Laws)

WHEREAS, the collected penalties by the treasurer of SPG from SPG officers
and DAPO treasurer from DAPO Officers will be added for fund or as donations to
the governing bodies of Dulag Child Development Center Incorporated.

WHEREAS, encouraging officers and members to address this misbehavior


and irregularities as a significant stepping-stone to productive and glocally
competent governing bodies and constituents. This will establish a holistic and
functional Student Government Organization.

RESOLVED, by virtue of the powers vested in the members of the Supreme


Pupil Government of Dulag Child Development Center Incorporated, granted by the
Constitution and By-Laws mandated by the department of Education, do hereby
promulgate that this program shall remain to be in effect for the rest of the School
Year 2022-2023, and every year thereafter until rescinded.

SECTION 1. Title. The campaign initiative program shall be known as


“KOLEKTA-DISIPLINA SA OPISYAL.”

SECTION 2. Resources

(a)The campaign initiative will ensure the use of the organization’s available
and reliable resources including the official Facebook pages, Dulag Child
Development Center Inc. (DCDCI), Dulag Child Development Center Incorporated-
Supreme Pupil Government, and DCDCI Aghamatech Pupil’s Organization which
serve as the primary information dissemination platform.

SECTION 3. Objectives. The Supreme Pupil Government of Dulag Child


Development Center Inc. with the DCDCI Aghamatech Pupil’s Organization aims to;

(a) Encourage officers and members to fulfill their duties and responsibilities
to be productive and glocally competent youngsters;
(b) Engage officers and members to holistic and functional governing bodies
and constituents;

THEREFORE, RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the


Dulag Child Development Center Incorporated Administration and other authorities
concerned, for information and consideration.

We, HEREBY CERTIFY the correctness of the foregoing DCDCI-SPG and


DAPO Joint Resolution No. 001, s. 2022-2023 approved by the Dulag Child
Development Center Incorporated-Supreme Pupil Government and DCDCI
Aghamatech Pupil’s Organization this 21st of November 2022.
