I. About Axie Scholars

Introduction
This is a business which provides scholarship programs for gamers. The focus of this business
is the cryptocurrency play-to-earn game industry. In this case, Axie Infinity.

The People Involved

Unlike a regular scholarship program, the management and the investors are separate entities.
Investors provide capital and make executive decisions for the running of the program and
supply of resources. Management oversees day to day operations and concerns.

Goals
The goal of this Axie Scholarship program is to expand as a crypto game-based business while
providing means for gamers to earn while playing said game.

Agreement to Terms
To ensure that everybody will have a positive experience while being a part of this team. Failure
to comply with terms will result in certain consequences to be determined by management.

II. Scholarship Applications

The following are the requirements to qualify as an Axie Scholar:

• He/she must have basic knowledge of the game and how to play it.
• Returning Scholars will have to submit an account on why he/she left his/her
scholarship. The management will review the applicant’s file during the interview.

III. Scholar Duties

1. Reports
All scholars are required to report to their daily logs every day and follow the given format
(Screenshot of SLP in the Inventory). Every 8am in the morning is the reset of system in the
Axie Infinity. The daily log can also be used to report any problems encountered during the day
that would need the management’s attention.

2. Commitment
All scholars are required to follow the rules and guidelines. If a player decides to leave the
team earlier than 1 month from start of contract said player will not receive anything form the
management.
If a scholar claims to be part of the management, the management has the right to remove
that player after an investigation and an interview.

3. Communication

• A personal group chat will be given to each Scholar to:

➢ Submit daily records in a format which will be given by Management.

➢ Report problems encountered during the day that would need Management’s
attention.
➢ Late submissions of logs will be penalized after a players’ 2 weeks of trial.
➢ Send your contracts, copy of ID and gcash number in thru personal message.

Code of Conduct

• Please refrain from using offensive language when communicating with anyone in the
community. The use of explicit words in private and public channels are highly
discouraged.
• Please be honest with reported data, personal concerns and/or issues.
• Be respectful at all times and value the privacy of other Scholars and of those in
Scholarship Management and Operations.
• Scholars are encouraged to message the management or the group chat if they need
help and assistance.
• All concerns can be addressed by the management team and can be mentioned in an
players private channel.

4. Quota

• Daily Check In
• Daily Quest = 25 slp
• Daily Adventure = 50 slp
• Daily Arena = 5 wins only for the First two weeks, after two weeks 15

• ARENA = SLP + PROMOTION IN RANKING OR MMR ✓ Reward Without

• ADVENTURE = SLP
• ADVENTURE (You can play adventure to reach 50 SLP even without energy)
• ARENA = PROMOTION IN RANKING OR MMR
• ARENA (You can use the energy in the arena after adventure in the first two
weeks)

• 75 SLP for first two weeks only
• 90-100 SLP overall after 2 weeks
• 130-150 SLP overall after 1 month
• The higher the more income

5. Misuse of account

In case of an AXIE server breakdown do not use VPNs to meet your daily quota.
Management will advise you on what to do. Please take a screenshot if you cannot log in your
account and send it to your manager. WE ARE ON A STRICT ONE DEVICE ONE ACCOUNT
POLICY.
For streamers and content makers use of these axies should be authorized by the
management. And must not mention any person involved in this axie scholarship in their
streams.

6. Device Requirement

As a scholar you should have either an Android device or PC/Laptop capable of playing
the game.

IV. Security

• Account Security
Scholars are expected never to share login credentials and QR codes to uninvolved parties.
Leaked credentials and codes traced back to scholars will result in Scholarship termination.

• Privacy
Scholars should report their daily earnings in thru personal message that can only be viewed by
the Management. Any information shared in the daily logs will be between the scholar and the
management.

V. Non-Compliance on Terms and Conditions

• Contract Termination
a. Terminator
All scholars who have been deemed non-compliant to the set of rules and regulations
stated in the Security Section of this agreement will be terminated after a performance
review and a meeting conducted by the management.

b. Termination initiated by scholar (Refer

to Chapter III; Part 2).

c. Termination initiated by Management

If the management finds that a scholar has violated any of the terms and conditions of this
agreement, this will result to the termination of scholarship.

d. Termination due to inactivity

Scholars who do not report to their daily log for a total of two days in one month, without
reason, will have their scholarship terminated. And receive only 20% entitled SLP share if the
scholar is more than one month with the team, if not the player will get nothing.

e. Termination and Penalty of 30,000 pesos cash

Accounts that will be ban due to misuse and misconduct shall pay a penalty worth of Php
30,000. In order to avoid the penalty, please refrain from doing these things:
• 2 device 2 account 1 person
• 2 or more scholarships (if you are already a scholar, don’t apply to others anymore)
• In Game failed verification (avoid Away From Keyboard, close the app if you are not
going to play the game, avoid sleeping while playing, click slowly and surely the 12345
verification).
• Time Manipulation (Never change the time of the device, even in the moment of
maintenance)
• Auto Clicker (refrain from using AI or BOTS, the scholar should play the game alone).

VI. Scholarship Axies

• Axie Team
Scholars may request for their choice of axie team after the return of investment but
Management will be the one to approve, disapprove or modify such request/s.

➢ If for any reason axies do not sync, encounter errors, etc., management will provide
solutions but do not expect an immediate fix.

VII. Payout Agreements

• Mode of Payment
Every scholar must have a verified G-Cash account number, bank account, and a legit ronin
address, for their payouts. Break down and computation will be given on the same day of the
payout. Payout is every 15 days of the month (5,20)

• Division of Payment
✓ Scholars will be given 25% of their earned SLP for the first month (Observation Period)
✓ Scholars will be given 30% of their earned SLP for the Coming Months until the we
receive the return of investment
✓ Scholars will be given 40% of their earned SLP for the following Months after the ROI
