SCHOLAR CONTRACT

acknowledge and accept the following:

ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP & LEASE

● BinaryPogs owns and manages my designated account & related assets, including Axies,
SLP, AXS, and Ethereum earned, transferred, and contained therein. Accounts are leased
for the purpose of gameplay and SLP acquisition and may be revoked for any reason
including failure to obey rules, subpar performance, and inappropriate conduct.

● Proper and compliant handling of the Axie Marketplace and Axie account is the sole
responsibility of the assigned Scholar. Lost, forgotten, or banned accounts are the Scholar’s
liability. We reserve the right to withhold any SLP, AXS or ETH gained to compensate for
the Axie Infinity account if anything were to happen at the Scholars’ fault.

● Scholars must not play Axie Infinity on multiple accounts and are prohibited from
accepting scholarship offers from other Managers for a period of no less than six months
following the signing date of this contract. A two (2) week notice period must be given if
you wish to terminate this contract after the initial six months.

● If Scholars are caught playing Axie Infinity on multiple accounts and/or banned due to
unauthorized activity, their scholarship will be terminated, and their leased account will be
retracted. All accumulated SLP will be retained, and the Scholar will not receive
compensation for the period in which they were terminated.

● Each Scholar will be assigned a minimum of 3 Axies for the purpose of gameplay and SLP
acquisition. Said Axies are leased to the Scholar for the duration of their employment and
remain the property of BinaryPogs at all times. Any issues with said Axies must be
discussed with a BinaryPog manager directly.

● If you are unable to play your account and earn SLP, you MUST notify your respective team
leader. Failure to do so for a period of over 2 days will lead to termination of your
scholarship and your SLP will be withheld.
COMPENSATION

● The Scholar will receive a percentage of their SLP earnings, with the remaining amount
being retained by BinaryPogs for infrastructure, upkeep, compensation, and sponsoring of
events, contests, and promotions.

● In your first week at BinaryPogs, you may use your energy on adventure mode. In this first
week, your expected quota will be 130 SLP per day.

● After the first week, scholars need to earn at least 180 SLP per day after the first week.
Earning 180 SLP per day will give you a 45% cut of all SLP earned.

● QUOTA: If you consistently make less than 180 SLP per day on average, your scholar
contract can be terminated at any time by your manager. If you cannot maintain at least
1600 mmr, your scholarship can be terminated at any time by your manager. A warning
will be given beforehand.

● If Scholars can reach Season rankings, Scholar retains 50% of all AXS and mAXS rewards
earned in that season period.

● SLP payouts will occur twice a month on the 5th and 20th, with the Scholar’s earned SLP
amount being deposited directly into their Ronin wallet, per the Ronin address the Scholar
provides.

● Withdrawal of SLP from the Scholar’s Ronin wallet remains the responsibility of the
Scholar. BinaryPogs will pay all transfer fees and gas fees necessary to complete said
withdrawal. It is the responsibility of the Scholar to pay his/her own relevant taxes when
they decide to withdraw into fiat.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) AND GAMEPLAY

● Scholars must endeavor to earn a minimum of 130 SLP per day, averaged over
their two week pay period. Please note this may be subject to change at
BinaryPogs’ discretion correlating with subsequent updates to the Axie Infinity
software and/or gameplay.

● Scholars can play anytime, as long as daily Quest and SLP earning goals are
reached.

● Each Scholar's activity is tracked via Axie Scholar Tracker. Inactivity will always be
recognized by the team leaders. Scholars expecting to accumulate more than 3
 inactive days per month are at risk of missing their quota and should seek
approval from a Team Leader.

AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE

THIS CONTRACT SERVES AS LEGAL GROUND FOR THE PROTECTION OF SCHOLARS AND
EMPLOYEES OF COMPANY, AND THE VALIDITY IS SERVED IF THIS CONTRACT IS SIGNED.

I DECLARE THAT I HAVE REVIEWED THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND HEREBY ACCEPT AND
GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH SAID TERMS, DENOTED BY MY SIGNATURE BELOW.

I CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED

IN THIS FORM FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENABLING COMPANY TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY, PREVENT
FRAUD, PROCESS MY APPLICATION, AND DETERMINE WHETHER I AM QUALIFIED TO
PARTICIPATE IN COMPANY’S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM, IN COMPLIANCE WITH R.A. 10173,
OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE DATA PRIVACY ACT OF 2012.
