PRE-LESSON 1. Teacher shows a picture of family members to pupils.
Activity 1:
1. Pupils refers to SB page 11.
2. Pupils read about a girl called Fay. Pupils are asked to show who Fay is.
3. Teacher asks questions to help pupils predict what they will read.
4. Pupils read the text on SB page 11 and find the answer to their question.
LESSON DEVELOPMENT Activity 2:
5. Pupils share their family picture with their partner. By using the same sentence pattern,
pupils talk about their family members.
6. Teacher shows an example of a family tree.
