Organizational Behavior Research Questionnaire

The objective of this Google Form is to provide sufficient findings for the investigation
supported by this questionnaire, conducted by M. Maaz Ahmed Siddiqui at GIKI University in
2023.
The research is being conducted using a model that considers factors such as Protean career,
Career crafting, Career adaptability, Career success and Mindfulness. Using this questionnaire
as support, research will be done on how these characteristics affect a particular person.
