SCRIPT

FADE IN

SCENE 1 : EXT. night – seaside / beach

Flashing red lights highlighting the Brighton Pier. Cut

to Scenic Shots of the sea. Back to the beach the creepy
figure standing still in a corner of the scene barely
visible. Cut scenes slowly showing the figure appear
closer to the camera. Flashing lights.

SCENE 2 : EXT. night – town centre

ADRIEN is wearing black and white jeans covered in

graphic design, a black shirt and a black hoodie.
He’s sitting on a bench listening to ‘exit music’ (for a
film) looking directly into the camera. He looks tired.
Adrien moves his head up looking at the sky. The camera
looks up with him looking at the sky, then looks back the
camera follows his head moving down a creepy figure is
standing behind him. The light turns off fades to a black
screen then back to Adrien, this time the figure is
sitting down beside him.

Adrien doesn’t acknowledge it and slowly gets up and

walks away, the figure is still sat not moving an inch.
The camera follows Adrien, we follow him all the way up
to a roof of a car park the creepy figure is already
there. He looks over the edge looking down the camera
sees him from above the sky behind him dark the lights
change and becomes disoriented.

SCENE 3 : EXT. – Beach

Close up of the sea splashing loudly with a VHS effect.

CUT

SECENE 4 : INT. Arcade

close up of an arcades loud with the VHS effect and

blight and colourful lights.

Fade out.

SCENE 5 INT. Day – room

Alarm clock goes off.

Fade in

SCENE 6 INT Day – room

Adrien is laying in bed he turns the alarm off and hides

under the duvet. The camera moves to the window. Time
passes and the alarm goes off again this time he turns it
off and slowly gets up, he sits on his bed ruffles his
hair then gets up and leaves him room. Adrien goes into
the living room and sits down on a couch, he looks down
at his feet a black liquid starts to cover his legs. He
shakes his head and stands up swiftly rushing to get out
of the house. He closes the front door the creepy figure
is now standing behind the front door.

SCENE 7 INT. day – classroom

Adrien walks into the classroom it looks empty. He walks

to the back and sits down in the corner seat. He bends
down to grab his black backpack as he does this his legs
start to get covered in a black liquid it slowly moves up
his legs he looks back up and opens his bag out and takes
a laptop and headphones out he puts them on the desk. He
opens his laptop and logs in then picks up his headphones
and puts on.

ALYA ENTERS

She walks into frame sits down next to Aiden.

ALYA

Hey Adrien

ADRIEN

Oh, hey how are you

ALYA

Oh, I’m good, Lila wants to talk to you

again.

Adrien

Oh god, (pause breaths in and stands up )

Why won’t she leave me alone
(Stretched when he says ‘alone’ in a whiny tone)

ALYA

Good luck

End Dialogue

Adrien walks off screen and Alya looks down. Camera moves
only showing the wall.

Fade out.

SECENE 8 INT. day – classroom

Adrien walks back into class, walks back to his seat at

the back, Alya looks up at him with a worried expression.
He sits back down, tears are streaming down his face, he
wipes them away and signs. He looks at Alya and chuckles
in a low tone.

Adrien

Oh god why won’t she leave me alone.

Alya

I’m so sorry, just try not to think

about it and ignore her.

Adrien

How?

Alya

I’m sorry (she looks away and does

goes back to looking at her computer)

Adrien

Why is she going out of her way to make

my life more difficult? It all started
after she knew my diagnosis.

Alya

I’m sure it’s not that (half paying

attention)

Adrien

God, am I making it all up? Am I

being paranoid? I mean she literally
said I’m emotionally manipulating her

for crying. I just want her to leave

me alone (stretched ‘alone’)

Alya

Have you reported her? That seems

like misconduct and ableism since
she’s only started after she knew
your diagnosis.

Adrien

I just feel so trapped.

End of dialogue

The camera moves away from her to Adrien and the creepy
figure that is now sat behind him. Adrien lowers his head
and puts it down between his arms. Now only the dark
figure is seen. Black screen. Back to the classroom this
this the creepy figure is extremely up close to the
camera.

Fade out.

SCENE 10 EXT. day – forest

‘Stars ( Live at Montreux )’ starts to play.

The camera is rocking back and forth. The creepy figure

is standing at the bottom of an empty swimming pool
rocking the opposite way to the camera.
It stops after 30 seconds.

SCENE 11 EXT. day - outside college

Adrien walks out of the building everything is blurry and

out of focus he’s panicked and speeds up his paste, he
walks down the hill and when he gets away from people he
starts to run. He goes down to the empty swimming pool.
The dark figure is standing in the corner of the swimming
pool. Adrien climbs down and sits in the middle of it.

He looks up the camera follows his head movements when he

looks back down again the creepy figure is standing next
to the camera.
The black liquid starts pouring into the pool covering
Adrien and overflowing. Until the screen gets covered in
complete blackness.

Cut

SCENE 12 EXT. beach

the beach up close with. The camera moves up to look at

the sky.

SCENE 13 INT. day – house

Adrien is sitting on his bed slumping back. He grabs some

pills form his desk, shoving them in his pocket. He gets
up goes into the kitchen and grabs a knife from a drawer.
When he lowers his head the figure appears next to him.

Adrien walks away and goes into the bathroom. He sits

inside the shower and turns on the water. Blood and water
start raining down on him. He grabs the pills from his
pocket and hides them behind his hoodie sleave then eats
them all in one go.

Fade to black.
SCENE 14 EXT. – night beach

Looking down at the sea from the pier the waves crashing
into the beach. The dark figure walks for the first-time
off screen and disappears. The camera moves up and fades
into darkness.

Cut Scene.
SCENE 15 INT – night bathroom

Adrien is sat still covered in blood only water pouring

down on him the knife is slaying next to him everything
is red. The black liquid is dripping from the roof until
in covers the whole screen turns black.

The End.

Locations

For my location apart from college I can 100% film there

without permissions therefore I don’t need back-ups as I’m
filming in my own flat, and filming at the beach with I
don’t permissions to use since it’s a public place. I
confirmed with all my actors and they can travel and get
to my locations as I specifically looked into actors who
can travel and are nearby to my places of filming.

Equipment and Props

All my equipment is mine therefore I don’t have to worry

about any of not being there for me and since I take a
good care of it all, so I’m not concerned about it

stopping working. I also plan on bringing my cameras

charger and charged it beforehand. I never had an issue
with my camera running out of battery, but I want to make
sure it’s not an issue I face during this production. I
also own all of my own props
