SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

constitute (name and personal-circumstances), as our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, in our name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts:
1. To file, follow-up the Estate Tax Return on the estate of the deceased
_____________, to pay the estate tax due on the said estate; and to transact with the
Bureau of Internal Revenue relative thereto; and receive the Certificate Authorizing
Registration and/or BIR Tax Clearance;
2. To transact with the Register of Deeds of Land Registration Authority (LRA), Office of City
Treasurer and City Assessor of relative to the transfer and consolidation of the titles, tax
declarations in our names as the surviving heirs of the said deceased; and to perform any and
all acts and deeds necessary to effect the foregoing authority and power.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite to carry out and implement the foregoing
authority as I might or lawfully do it personally present. HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
all that my said Attorney-in Fact shall do or cause to be done by virtue hereof with full power,
authority and effect as if personally done by us.
