also offering other foods aside from the silog meals like soups, pares, mami,
lugaw and etc. They build this business since pandemic because they
wanted to try a business that many people will like especially the

Cook - A Cook is a restaurant worker who is responsible for preparing food
items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines
Server - Servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and
beverages to guests as they are also responsible for checking on customers
to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any
problems. Barista - is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other
beverages to customers in a coffee house or cafe.
They greet guests, take meal orders and ensure smooth communication
between the dining area and kitchen.
The aroma of fried rice, fried eggs, and coffee awakens our Filipino senses
and makes us think back to a simpler and more carefree time. Having said
that, the typical Filipino breakfast would undoubtedly urge Filipinos to get out
of bed and start the day.
When discussing breakfast, we didn't just mean the typical oats, waffles, and
bread that we see in movies. Pinoys enjoy eating breakfast since it is a filling
meal that typically includes fried rice and fried eggs.

pandemic but now they are not doing it because most of the
customers are walk in.
The owners of Kuy's Tapsihan launched the Facebook profiles for its four
branches before opening them in order to attract clients and keep them
waiting for the opening of the stores. There branches Kuy's Tapsihan Lower
Branch Jan 07, 2021, Kuy's Kubo June 17, 2021, Kuy's Upper Bicutan Dec
14, 2021, Kuy's Garahe March 9, 2022. The owners use a variety of
marketing techniques now that the branches are open to keep the interest of
the clients.

Social Media Marketing- The owners post content on the Facebook page
and Instagram accounts of the business which help increase the visibility of
the business in the community and also to the different areas as well.

that the customer might like just like having a singer to perform while the
customers are eating.
Relationship Marketing- Kuy's Tapsihan focuses on developing
relationships with customers to demonstrate and enhance client loyalty. With
this type of plan, everyone may contribute to the sales of the business
through their personal connections with other people, including customers,
owners, cooks, baristas, and staff. These connections may be those with
family, friends, and relatives.
There sales for a month P 600, 000 depending on the hours and the
amount of the customers. During the evening there’s a lot of customers that

The Kuys Tapsihan has been operating since 2021, and they are
knowledgeable in terms of building and handling their business. They
have a huge advantage in the place they chose; a lot of people are
eating in their tapsihan because they are wise in putting their store in
a place where they can accumulate a huge amount of customers.
They have students, employees, and simple people.
They typically don't have new products, but sometimes they do
promos. When they celebrate their anniversary, they give their
consumers free soft drinks. They are consistent with their products,
and that is the way to be known in their place for being consistent.
Aside from that, they are gaining free advertisement because their
consumers are telling other people that their products are very nice
and the taste is not changing; it is still delicious even now.
Because of the free advertisements that they have, their sales are
booming. The owner said that they are gaining P20,000 per 24 hours
of operation, which is approximately P720,000 per month, so their
earnings per hour are P1000.00. They are very successful because
they have another branch near Upper Bicutan.

deliver by restaurant delivery services offered by delivery programs apps like
Grab, Food Panda & messenger are their options to deliver their foods in
their home. Right now Kuy's Tapsihan are really maximizing on reaching all
possible customers thruu social media platforms like facebook, twitter &
Instagram since now we are in digital era where peoples now is very active in
social media and it is the best way to market & promote their products since
people now they are lazy to go in physical stores to order & buy since it can
be buy now in gadgets by visiting social media apps & sites. So kuy's
Tapsihan is promoting their food product menus in digital sites & social
media platforms to attract hungry customers that didn't like going to physical
stores and people who really just love buying foods from restaurant instead
to cook in their house to avoid hazziness.

because they celebrate their anniversary on January 10 and this is their way
of thanking their customers.
Unli soup - Since Kuy's Tapsihan opened, they have been pushing unli soup
to all costumers.

Kuy's Tapsihan has no personal product that sell. They must prefer to sell
only those product that customers wants. Since they have coffees the
proponent maybe they will decide to sell personal product. Proponents have
come up with this to make a side menu for coffee. In introducing their new
product, kuys tapsihan also dedicated to address these new product by
pasting the menu in the wall so that if the customer wants to have side menu
to their coffee and also posting it in social media accounts. The promotion of
these new product will be posted in the Facebook Account and since the
owner is vlogging it is easy to catch new customer.
