• Do we need to include the data from the GPS sensor for more accuracy?
Yes, we need to include. It will make the system more accurate. Also, we
are able to track the location of the train while outside a particular station.
• Do we need to include an alarm in the app, so that the passenger can
wake up before they arrive in the destination station?
Yes, we need to include. I think it’s one of the biggest problem facing by
the passengers. I know some people who missed their station due to sleep,
lack of knowledge etc. So, this feature makes the app more popular
among passengers.
• Shall we include the feature for the checking the PNR status of the ticket?
Yes, we need to include. Sure, it will help the passengers a lot.
• Shall we include the feature ‘ticket booking’ in the app?
We are interested in including it. Shall we need the permission of railway
authority for this?
• Will the System be required to support multiple languages?
Yes, we think it is good only. Apart from English try to include French,
Chinese, Punjabi etc.
• Shall we need to include a speedometer in the app, so that the customer
can monitor the speed of the train?
Yes, definitely. In our point of you, our project become more meaningful
if we include this feature. Using this feature passengers can predict their
arrival time in their respective station.
• Would you like to have a logo and brand name?
Yes. We are planning for a patent.
• What is your suggestion on getting back customer feedback?
Yes, it is required for more improvement.
• Do we need to include theme changing feature in the app?
Yes, please include.
• What is the desired cost range for the system development and
deployment?
1 Lakh Canadian Dollar.
• How will the system be tested and validated for accuracy and safety?
We will conduct live test inside the train.
• Shall we need to include a login system (username and password) in the
app for safety purpose.
