    This is to inform Mr. Dayout prior to his request for utilization of NEMSU AVC,

    unfortunately the AVC is currently not available due to the seminar for Anti-Hazing with

    the students and faculty members that will be held at NEMSU AVC with the same date

    on the request letter. Thus, you can contact the officer-in-charge for the vacancy of

    NEMSU AVC for your culmination activity.
