RE: Suspension of Face-to-Face Classes

In compliance with the Executive Order of the City Government of Koronadal

regarding the suspension of classes in all levels from November 20, 2023 until further
notice, college face-to-face classes will be suspended until the EO is lifted. In lieu of face-
to-face classes, online class modality will be implemented observing the following:

1. Teachers may conduct online classes either via synchronous or asynchronous

modality in consultation with their students.
2. If classes are conducted via synchronous modality, the sessions must be recorded
and published in Schoology. If classes are conducted via asynchronous modality,
teachers should prepare a recording of their class sessions and publish in
Schoology for students to access any time. In both synchronous and asynchronous
modalities, teachers should prepare a task for students to accomplish.
3. The teachers are requested to instruct the students regarding their class
arrangement via Schoology and their class group chats.
