REFLECTION PAPER ABOUT 2ND RESEARCH GALA GABFEST 2023

The Research Gala Gabrelian Festival was held on April 20, 2023 through virtual meet via
YouTube live, with the theme of "Transforming Righteous and Selfless Service in The Next
Decade: Producing Agile, Future-Ready Servant Leaders". In this Gabfest there are many
different various research topics that offers awareness and several benefits to its viewer.

As a student who witness this excellent research gala GabFest it helps me a lot by
expanding my knowledge especially on research presented here. Likely on the first topic that
are presented entitled “Socio-Cultural beliefs and practices of the local guides in the security of
Mt. Balagbag as a tourist destination site for hikers”, even I don’t experience hiking I learned
the do’s and don’ts so it gave us view what we’re going to do if we hike.

Another research topic is about business, it had a huge impact to me because as a

future accountant it helps me what is the flow of businesses like the expenses and capital and
by studying the business you can gain a deep understanding of the market you operate.

Additionally, I learned in this Gabfest Anxiety is what we feel when we are worried,
tense or afraid – particularly about things that are about to happen, or which we think could
happen in the future. Anxiety is a natural human response when we feel that we are under
threat. It can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.

By attending this research gala 2023, it educates me on variety of topics that I unaware.
And this kind of research gala, guide me on how to act as a manual for writing an excellent
research report. And by researching particular issues that need to be resolved, we can change
or improve things. And also learning about research galas can provide students with the
opportunity to learn more about the research being conducted in their areas of interest. Lastly,
it can gain a better understanding of the research process and the types of questions being
asked in their field.
