2. Students will begin with walking a balance beam or
walking on a piece of tape on the ground. After the will
jump or walk over hurdles. Next, they will walk through
the color runway or crawl through the color tunnel. Then
they will do jumps and hops on footed poly spots or place
feet and balance on poly spots.
3. Students will throw a ball at a target on the wall that is
5/10/15 feet away. Each distance will have one poly spot
and a foot poly spot to designate stepping in opposition.
Each target will vary in size and there will be different
sized and shaped balls. As time progresses students will
have the choice to continue to challenge themselves.
4. Students will have the goal of keeping a balloon in the
air as long as possible. This will be done with either using
their hands or using foam paddles. There will be different
paddles to help students of varying ability levels. There
will also be the option to use a paddle that has a string
attached to the balloon.
5. Students will be matching different colored easter
eggs to place in a bucket. Each egg color will have a
different fitness exercise that they will have to perform
before collecting another egg.
Green: student will do 10 seconds of marching or knee
taps
Red: student will do 10 seconds of toe touching stretch or
knee touching stretch
Blue: student will do 10 seconds of free dance
Yellow: Student will do 10 seconds of arm circles or T-
pose.
Physical Education Lesson Plan
Orange: Students will do 10 seconds of hopping or
standing like a flamingo.

Each station will last 2 minute and after the time has elapsed each
