making excuses for inattention. When asked after instructing him, he told himself to have Levis
and Zaraman's trade mark T-shirts. On which the information given by the informer regarding
the illegal use of the Trademark Act appears to be correct and there is every possibility of the
offense of the Trademark Act being constituted, by Man ACP, in front of Hamrahi Mautbiran, by
instructing Vinod Meena to check the T-shirt kept in the room. That a lot of T-shirts were kept.
When checked, logos and stickers of the company Levis and Zaraman were found on the t-shirts
kept in the room. Admitted that the said work was done illegally. Vinod Meena by person Vinod

license/frenchise of the said company to obtain wrongful benefit to himself found to be an act of

marks of different brands. On this, a total of 3026 T-shirts of different colors and sizes were
found on the rakhi T-shirts in the room, with Levis and Zaraman's trade mark, out of which a
total of 326 T-shirts bearing the brand of Levis Company were found, which were put in a plastic
box and separated by taking out 2 T-shirts. 324 T-shirts were kept in a white cloth bag with the
shield stamped and marked A and the remaining 324 T-shirts were put in a plastic bag with the
shield stamped and marked A-1. Similarly, a total of 2700 T-shirts of different colors and sizes
with the trade mark of Rakhi ZARAMAN in the room.
