Description:
Graphical method form provide you the scale to appraise the person on his/her duties for the job.
This form contain some feedback questions that are made from the sops of university and job
duties. People rate the feedback in the form some scale like Excellent, Good, Fair, Bad, Very bad.
Relevant person use this form to evaluate the performance of the employee etc.
There are few reason why I use this form for teacher feedback:
• It is the simplest method and easy to understand user friendly so student won’t face any
difficulty in giving feedback.
• This method is very effective in collecting the feedback from large audience in less time.
• A duties of teacher for students is countable so graphical method
• This method can be formulate online to be effective in large audience.
• It is the cost effective because we don’t need different question to remake the form for
different teacher.
• This is a very valid method for appraisal of that kind of job.
• Response collected from this form can be easily evaluate and summarize in the for of
analytics.
