I’ve received your email. It was great to hear that you’ve won the first prize and congratulations on
your well-deserved success. Other than that, thank you very much for inviting me to spend a holiday
together with you on a tropical island. I think this is really a great idea because I’ve long heard about
the beautiful scenery of the tropical island. It was indeed thoughtful of you to have invited me, and I
would like to appreciate the genuine efforts you have taken but I’m sorry to say due to my busy work,
I’ll not be able to go on this trip with you.
As I’ve mentioned to you before, I had a new job as a lecturer at University Happy Sokmo. I
have the task of supporting the design, development, and production of study and teaching materials
and delivering them in various modules or a subject area. It ensures the efficient delivery of teaching
programs according to the strategies, policies, and procedures of the university. So I hope we’ll have
to travel together next time.
Anyway, many thanks for your great idea and I wish you a wonderful journey. I am so sorry
again because I can’t join this trip with you but if I have free time I will invite you to travel together.
