My part in contributing to a positive environment for my fellow workers would be

fostering and advocating for engagement by promoting mindfulness, promoting a sense of

belonging, and helping my coworkers see their worth by valuing their opinion and ideas. In

addition, I would portray values such as love, gratitude, serenity, hope, and interest. Teamwork is

essential when working in the same organization hence respect for team member contribution is

crucial in fostering a conducive working environment.

To create an enriching emotional environment, I would portray good eye contact, where

eye contact is crucial in showing my level of involvement, warmth, and interest. Initiating

interaction is essential because it suggests I am not judgmental and comfortable with my

coworkers sharing any idea. Consequently, appropriate voice tone is critical in ensuring proper

paralanguage is used to convey warmth and calm emotional meaning. Smiling offers a positive

feedback loop and smoothens conversation, while good body movement portrays trust and puts

coworkers at ease.

Strategies I would employ to create a dream job include building a career-specific resume

with a cover letter that is appealing, applying, and following up until I attain the job. While

employed, I would work towards organizational goals and create a conducive working

environment by promoting teamwork and working on my best areas to get a promotion and

recognition.
