Being a cabin crew is not just about the face but the overall personality of an
individual. Airlines need beauty with brains. You are not their just for the
service of the passenger, but for the safety too. In fact passenger’s safety is our
primary concern. You need to have proper knowledge about all the possible
situations, as everyday is not the same day when you are flying. It is fun and
interesting as you get to meet so many pees , you explore different culture by
travelling to different cities but at the same time it is physically as well as
mentally very challenging. You keep running through the aisle serving
passengers , making sure they have absolutely comfortable and relaxing time
throughout the flight. Seeing the current scenario , pandemic has reuined
almost everything, but this is the only industry which has been consistent
throughout this time. We are the face of this industry, we deal with so many
situations, handle passengers , look after the cockpit crew. This is definitely not
easy but again not immpossible also, you just need to have a little bit of faith
and confidence in yourself.

We also have so many institutions for this where we train candidates, make
their future secure.

1) FEE STRUCTURE AND COURSES OF AN AVIATION

INSTITUTION-
different institutions has different fee structure and courses.
So, you have subjects like hospitality, tourism, retail, subject
related to aviation and cabin crew life and their responsibilities
towards the company and the passengers.

These institutions teach you from the basic level, they teach you
and ground staff. The courses are mostly of 1 year in almost all the
institutions, where after and during the course they help you in
hour interviews and make you sit for the interviews.

2) AFTER TRAINING PROCEDURE OF AN INDIVIDUAL AIRINES-

Once you are selected in the first round you go for futher rounds
where they take your BMI and then you go ahead for PI. After getting
selected you wait for your medicals for almost 1 month, it depends ,
sometimes it is 1-2 weeks. So after your medicals you are clled for
the trainings which is of 2 and half months. During your trainings you
can skip even a single day and you failed to follow that you might get
terminated from that batch and later you again wait for another
batch.

After training you get you base, go to your base. Stay there for like 1
week in hotel and during that time you are suppose to find you own
accommodation . you do all the documentation work after coming to
your base and then start flying after 2-3 days.

You get you fam flight first which is your familrization flight. In that
flight you are expected to observe each and everything in the flight.

3) ELIGIBILITY FOR AN INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES ( AGE,

HEIGHT, WEIGHT AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION,
WHETHER GRADUATION IS NECESSARY FOR BOTH
DOSMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES-

For domestic it is 18 years and above and for

international it is 21years and above. Minimum height
varies from one airline to another. Somewhere it is
155cm and somewhere it is 158cm. talking about
weight, you need to have a proper BMI which is your
body mass index. Underweight is not an issue but
overweight is, so your BMI should be proper. Also, you
can pursue graduation if you wish to but it is not an
compulsion. But you should have your 10+2 degree for a
