house and identify our order, which are beneficiaries for this organization. Most of the time, I
communicate with them on E-mail and show them our fabric sample, and garments. Then I
prepare the documents, which is necessary for our organization to compare their order in the
percentage base. For this reason I collect last month data to compare increasing or decreasing
rate in the percentage base. During my working period one of the major problems faced by me
was that sometimes production and sample Managers were not flexible to work with interns.
Another problem was that as MHC Apparels (Pvt.) Ltd. didn’t provide me any formal briefing or
any kind of workshop so it’s become really difficult for me to understand the work.
Again, in this week I work with the MHC Apparels (Pvt.) Ltd‘s marketing team. I get some
innovative practical ideas of a brand. They were good enough to take me in their team. I also
visit some garments inside Dhaka for sub-contract purpose. Again this week Manager introduce
me the salary sheet & its completion. Before completing the salary sheet pay slip has to be
completed & shown to the workers for any correction. Within the Pay Slip each workers had
