Greetings!

We hope this letter finds you well. In relation to the previous invitation we have sent to the company, we are
to inform you that the PNU President has requested a face-to-face awarding ceremony tentatively scheduled
in June 2023.

In connection to this, prior to the awarding ceremony, we would like to invite you instead for a recorded online
interview through Zoom meeting that can be scheduled at your convenience until May 16, 2023 upon your
confirmation. With that, we have prepared six questions that we would like to discuss during the interview:

1. Why did your company decide to promote values through your products and services?
2. Is promoting and integrating Filipino values and culture important to your company? Why?
3. What impact do you think promoting values through your products or services has on consumers?
4. Can you share any success stories or examples of how promoting Filipino values through your products has
positively impacted individuals or communities?
5. Are there any future activities or projects your company plans to undertake to promote Filipino values or
culture?
6. As a company that values the integration of Filipino culture and values in your services, what advice would
you give to other companies interested in doing the same?

Furthermore, we have attached our company proposal below to supplement your understanding of our sincere
intention in recognizing your remarkable efforts in promoting and integrating Filipino values in your works
and services.
