We, the whole of Municipality of Padayon / the 53rd Batch LGOO Apprentices of Region 3 are

humbly and respectfully writing to your good office to ask for a reconsideration for our brothers
and sisters who were found to have committed a violation of the rules of the Apprenticeship
Program last Module IV: Dynamics of Good Local Governance. We are deeply saddened to
know that they will not be able to continue the Apprenticeship Program with us as a
consequence of the said violation. Thus, we are united through this letter to humbly ask for
your kind consideration to at least lower the penalty given to our brothers and sisters so that
we can still have a chance to graduate together as we envisioned during the start of this
Program.

Kindly know that before we made this letter, we tried our best to position ourselves in a way
that we will be able to understand the deep meaning and reason why our brothers and sisters
received such penalty. With that, we also do understand that during the course of this
Apprenticeship Program, we are bound by the rules that we must strictly follow so that we will
be able to maximize this learning experience where everyone puts their best effort, especially
you, our steering committee, and the whole of the training team, who really strive hard to
prepare the best learning journey for us, especially during this time of pandemic. More than us,
we know that you were the ones who were hurt the most upon knowing such incident since
you might felt that some of us failed to appreciate all of the good things that you’ve done for
us. With that, we are very sorry for what had happened.

This Program have taught us a lot of important things in life: the value accountability,
responsibility, integrity, dedication, perseverance and a lot more. Nevertheless, it also taught us
the value of friendship, love, and family that was naturally formed in us during this journey.
Please know by these that we are against the toleration of such negative acts. But as a family
that was formed by this program, we feel the responsibility of helping our brothers and sisters
to get another chance to prove themselves that they have already learned their lessons and
that such act will never do good for them. Having talked to them, we also understand the
different pressure and stress that everyone is going thru given that people have their different
tolerance level to such pressure and stress. Maybe we are not in the right position to say these
things but given everything that had happened, we know that our brothers and sisters have
already learned their lessons and that the same will never happen again. It as a lesson, not only
for our brothers and sisters involved but for all of us, that we should try our best to check the
welfare of our brothers and sisters, and to always remind each other that no matter what
happen or what we are feeling, we should believe in ourselves and in the path that God has
prepared for us.

Moreover, as we going closer to the year 2022, when a lot of big changes might possibly
happen after more than two decades, we think that it will be better and more practical to have
more trained LGOOs in the Department to help our country adapt to the big changes that await
us. Rest assured that the negative acts which was committed during our Module IV will not
happen again.
