We hereby certify that:

a) The design of the Works, as illustrated and described in the documents
scheduled in Section A below, complies with the specification’s requirements
and Contractors Technical Proposal
b) The outline designs, design briefs and performance specifications of those
elements of the Works as illustrated and described in the documents
scheduled in Section A below comply with the specification’s requirements
and Contractors Technical Proposal
c) The design of the Works, as illustrated and described in the documents
scheduled in Section A below, complies with the Employer's Requirements
specifications requirements and Contractors Technical Proposal except in
the following respects.
d) An in-house check has been undertaken and completed to confirm the
completeness, adequacy, and validity of the design of the Works as illustrated
and described in the documents scheduled in Section A below.
e) All necessary and required approvals relating to the design of the Works, as
illustrated and described in the documents scheduled in Section A below,

have been obtained and copies of such approvals are annexed in Section C
