1. Has been designed by us and complies with the Employer's Requirements and all other
requirements of the Contract;

2. Has been confirmed as complete, adequate, and valid for the design through an in-house design
and QA check;

3. Includes all necessary and required approvals (e.g., From Local Authorities or agencies, etc.)
Relating to the design. Copies of such approvals are annexed in Section C below;

4. All effects of the design comprising the submission on, or from, the design of adjacent or other
parts of the Works and Interfacing Contracts have been fully taken into account in the design;
