Director of Social Welfare, AP, Tadepalli.

The attention of the Commissioners of all the Urban Local Bodies in

the State is invited to the reference 2 nd cited (copy enclosed), wherein the
Director of Social Welfare, AP, Tadepalli, has informed that the information
on “Death due to Manual Cleaning of Sewers” is called for by the

Director, National Commission for SCs, Hyderabad, vide reference 1 st

cited, for onward submission to His Excellency President of India and,
therefore, requested to furnish the said information immediately.

2. Therefore, the Commissioners of all the Urban Local Bodies in the

State are directed to furnish information in the Format enclosed herewith
within (2) days to their respective RDMAs without fail.

3. All the Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioners of Municipal

Administration in the State are requested to obtain the above information
and furnish their consolidated information to this ofce within (3) days
from the date of receipt of this Circular through the Mail ID
(msection@cdma.gov.in) without fail.
