    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I would most humbly inform you that my name is Shiarel A. Sagun and I am a student of BSTM
    Tourism Management.

    I write this letter in order to inform you that I missed the exam in Ethics. I had to fix my Elms
    and I cannot open it. I sincerely apologize for missing the exam, but the situation was
    unavoidable.
