VACUOLE

• Fluid Filled Space.

• Animal Cells have small vacuoles that may contain water
CENTRIOLES:
& food substances.
• Tiny structures close to the nucleus.
• Plant Cell has a large Central Vacuole.
• Help in cell division.
• Liquid in the vacuole is called CELL SAP.
• Mainly present in animal cells.
• Cell Sap contains sugars, mineral salts and amino acids.
• Vacuole is enclosed by a membrane called TONOPLAST

CELL MEMBRANE:
• Cytoplasm is surrounded by Cell membrane/plasma membrane.
• Partially Permeable.
• Present in all cells (Plants, animals, etc.)

CELL WALL:
• Only present in the plant cells.
• Made up cellulose.
• Protects cell from an injury
• GIves plant cell a definite shape.
