ADDENDUM OF THE DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

EXECUTED BY JENELETH A. CABALES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This document is in reference to the document entitled Deed of
Absolute Sale of Jeneleth A. Cabales, which she executed in Catarman,
Northern Samar, in favor of GEORGE PAUL B. MADEJA on October 20,
2022 noted and entered into the notarial registry of Atty Jade T. Capati,
a notary public for and in the Province of Northern Samar as Doc No.
443, Page No. 88, Book No. III, Series of 2022.
May it be known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree to
make the following ADDITION/ADDENDUM to the aforementioned Deed
outlined below.
That, JENELETH A. BAINTON, of legal age, Filipino and married to
JOHN WILLIAM GORDON BAINTON, of legal age and Irish.
That, the name or names JENELETH CABALES AND JENELETH
BAINTON are all refer to but one and the same person.
That JENELETH A. BAINTON is the exclusive owner of the land
subject of the aforesaid sale even when she is still married to
Marlon Carpina Cabales up to the present.
That JENELETH CABALES remarried in the year 2018 and as such
she is using the name JENELETH A. BAINTON thereafter.
That also, in the above mentioned deed of sale, it was indicated that
the same is covered by Transfer Certificate of title which is
erroneous and the correct title is Original Certificate of Title.
That, the boundaries as stated in the title provides, to wit;

Lot No. 461,Cad. 1116-D
Bounded as follows;
On the S., along Line 1-2 by Lot 462 CAD. 1116-D; on the S.,
along line 2-3 by Lot 463 CAD. 1116-D; on the W., along Line 3-4 by
Lot 464 CAD. 1116-D; on the W., along line 4-5 by Lot 469 CAD.
1116-D; on the N., along Line 5-6 by General Lucban St., and on the
E., along line 6-1 BY Lot 462 CAD. 1116-D.
Containing an area of ONE HUDNRED NINETY THREE (193)
SQUARE METERS;
That, JENELETH A. BAINTON sold the whole area to GEORGE PAUL
D. MADEJA, his heirs successors and assigns.
That these ADDITIONS shall be valid as if they are included in the
Original stated Deed of Absolute Sale.

voluntary deed.

This instrument consisting of TWO (2) pages, including this

whereon the acknowledgment is written, has been signed by the above
named Heir/Principal and their witnesses on each and every page
thereof.
