while at home during the pandemic.
Role: Vlogger/Blogger
Audience: Fellow Filipinos
Situation: A year since the pandemic began, the mental health and lifestyle
choices of the Filipinos begin to suffer. As an informed youth, you are
tasked to track your health through a journal. Hence, you will make a
daily routine track of your activities while promoting positive mental health
and a healthy lifestyle.

Product/Performance Task:
As a Grade 8 student, you are assigned to make a journal promoting
positive mental health and a healthy lifestyle.

Remember for:

Cookery - One way to save your mental health during pandemic is thru cooking. Give 4
tools with descriptions that you used in cooking healthy food.
Handicraft - As part of your leisure, familiarize yourself on the uses of basic tools in
embroidery. List at least 4 tools in embroidery you have at home, discuss their uses, and
add pictures.
Technical Drafting - One way to save your mental health during pandemic is thru
drawing. Exercise your mind through drawing. Give 4 drafting tools with descriptions
that you used in your drawing.
Dressmaking - One way to save your mental health during pandemic is thru sewing.
Give 4 sewing tools with descriptions that you used in sewing apron.
Beauty Care - One way to save your mental health during pandemic is thru designing
nail art. Give 4 tools with descriptions that you used in designing nail art.
