Rationale

Nobody wants to live in a wasteful environment. Both the environment and human health are at risk. It detracts from a city's natural beauty.
Additionally, it is frequently thought to be a sign of poor city management and planning.
Waste management is an important element of environmental protection. Its goal is to provide solid waste storage, collection,
transportation, and treatment or disposal services that are hygienic, effective, and affordable while preventing pollution of the air, land, or
water supply.

That is why our team made a program to reduce garbage because the Brgy. captain in Hulo, which is our location, said that the biggest
problem is garbage, where many people or living things are affected by this. And yes, when I looked, they had some garbage around,
especially in the river. And we discuss our program so that it has the benefit of the majority when we implement the garbage collecting
program. The most important reason for waste collection is the protection of the environment and the health of the population. Rubbish and
waste can cause air and water pollution. Rotting garbage is also known to produce harmful gases that mix with the air and can cause
breathing problems in people. We implement this project because we all know what the side effects are when there’s a lot of garbage
around, especially if its location is at the side of a river. We want to reduce garbage at the same time to protect the health of the majority
and avoid symptoms such as dengue, fungi, etc.

Also people living in slums are very close to the waste disposal area. Therefore there are prone to various diseases. Hence, putting their
lives in danger. In order to maintain a healthy life, proper hygiene and sanitation are necessary. Consequently, it is only possible with proper
waste management.

Expected Outcomes 1. A garbage collecting program is important to maintain a clean environment and safety
for both people and animals. The collection of solid waste materials and recyclable items
helps keep our communities clean and sustainable. We feel it is our responsibility to help
maintain clean, safe communities and to conserve resources. The practices of producing
waste are too risky not only today, but they could have harmful consequences for our
future. Improve air and water quality, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Using
recycled materials can help to reduce the amount of resources that are used in the
 manufacturing of new items, as well as reduce energy consumption and pollution.

2. Reduce and put off the terrible effect of waste on human fitness and the surroundings to
guide monetary improvement and improve fine of life

Maintain a balanced waste management system that benefits the community while complying with
legal requirements. We provide efficient and economical garbage collection, recycling and disposal
services.

3. Keeping the environment clean not only improves community health standards
generally. Our environment is cleaner thanks to appropriate garbage disposal, thus there
are less health risks and dangers that might harm us.
