Greek word “Ethos” = character
defines the character of individual
related to RIGHT OR WRONG conduct of an
individual in a particular situation.

Determination
Loyalty
Truthfulness Inherent by individual RIGHT OR WRONG

Ethics
is a philosophical science. It is the
systematic standards or norms human conduct.
They affect how we make decisions and live our
life.

It covers the following dilemmas:

How to live a good life


Our rights and responsibilities
The language of right and wrong.
Moral decisions-what is good and bad?
WHAT IS THE USE OF ETHIC?

• It provide a moral road map.


• It can pin point a Disagreement.
• Ethics doesn’t always give the right answers.
• Ethics can give several answers.
