ESLCO Blog Project

Learning Goal: to demonstrate your understanding of sentence structure and media forms by utilizing effective
speaking and writing skills. 

Task
For this project, you will create an online blog that will include a total of 3 blog entries. The
purpose of this blog is for you to share your personal experiences with the world. Each blog will
focus on a different topic.

1. Blog Post #1:

In your first blog, you will detail your SMART goal that you have created for this
school year. You will choose ONE (1) of the three (3) goals you created and you
will write two paragraphs about it.

Blog Post #1 is due on Thursday, November 19, 2020.

2. Blog Post #2:

In your second blog post, you will talk about your dreams and aspirations. You will
write two short paragraphs about it.

Blog Post #2 is due on Friday, November 20, 2020.

3. Blog Post #3:

In your third blog post, you will talk about your hobbies OR one cultural tradition
you have. You will write two short paragraphs about it.

Blog Post #3 is due on Monday, November 23, 2020.

Your blog MUST meet the following requirements: 

❏ Each blog post must have a title that is formatted correctly
❏ Hook at the beginning
❏ A minimum of TWO (2) paragraphs with proper format
❏ Action at the end: How will you accomplish this goal?
❏ Proper sentence structure is applied.
❏ Simple and compound sentences are both used.
❏ 3 tags relating to the blog.
❏ At least 2 special features (coloured text, relevant picture, hyperlinks, videos, bold/italicised
text).
