OPENING PROGRAM
Harnessing one’s skill and talent means Opening oneself to countless
opportunities, and showcasing one’s ability is a step closer to excellence!

Good morning everyone! Welcome to the 2023 Division Festival of Talents

with the theme “Reinforcing 21st Century Learning and Fostering Creative
Industries through talent and skills exhibition”.

And to set off this noteworthy event, let us all stand for the singing of the
national anthem to be followed by the prayer through AUDIO VISUAL
PRESENTATION. Again please rise.

NATIONAL ANTHEM & PRAYER

You may all be seated.

Moving on, to acquaint us and give everyone her warmest welcome, let us
call the pillar of Gulod National High School, our very thoughtful and youthful
school principal I, MRS. TEODORA M. GALANG, let us give her a round of
applause.
Thank you for that very heart fluttering message ma’am.

The Division Festival of Talent has its core purpose of promoting God-given
talents among the youth. To present us the underlying reasons why we are
gathered here and why we are celebrating the Division Festival of Talents, let us
all welcome our MAPEH and Sports Education Program Supervisor, DR.
MARIANNE A. VELASCO, for the statement of purpose. Let’s give her warm
greetings by clapping our hands.
Thank you so much Dr. Velasco indeed it’s a purpose that is worth sharing!

At this moment, we are indeed privileged to experience this kind of

gathering, may we have your attention ladies and gentlemen to give us the
Orientation of the contest, let us call the woman of strength and wisdom, Gulod
National High Schools’ MAPEH Head Teacher III, MRS. MA. NINA S. GACHE. Let us
give her a warm applause.
Thank you ma’am Nina!
To orient us on the core mechanics, criteria/guidelines of the different
contests, at the same time, for us to be acquainted with our contest
officials and reputable board of judges, let us all put our hands together to Public
School Division Superintendent --- MRS. LOURDES A. TERRONES.

(This event wouldn’t be completely feasible without the presence of our reputable board
of judges and for us to be acquainted with them and to recognize their presence,)

Finally, to announce all the designated venue of the activities today, may
we call in Gulod National High Schools’ Master Teacher I in MAPEH, to guide us
and remind us where we should be going next after the program, let us give MR.
KIM ROLDAN C. ANDAYA a big round of applause!
