1. I have already given intimation to Olivia staffs about completing the

rectification works in the outside area before starting primer works ,
If the rectification work is pending even after the primer works, olivia will be
responsible for all the additional work and expenses and the amount for that will
be deducted from olivia.

list of Rectification work are given below:-

(a) Outside plastering line out-

South side-Type E and Type F corner of building at Ground Floor to 10th
Floor,
East side- Type D and Type C intermidiate sunshade line out,
North side-Type A Dining W3 Sunshade with drop Line out 8th To 9th Floor,

(b) Outside Plastering Patchwork

North Side-Type D Flats Outside Sunshade of Bottom slab and drop corners
Plastering is not Cleared(5th Floor),

(c) Outside Plastering groove cutting

Groove cutting are showing is not Proper Measurements and its surface are not
clear,

(D) Concrete and platering debris showing in many areas of building all around and
Terrace Floor,

(E) Fire Over Head Water Tank side wall southside concrete and Main Over Head Water
Tank side wall northside concrete is plumb and line out,

We've already passed an information to let us know through an e- mail on April

13th, All the rectification works were said to be completed by April 15th but still
pending.

2.Why are there no labourers on the Terrace floor for outside plastering and
deshuttering elevation slab ? It's been more than a week since there are no outside
plastering works ..

What is the reason for delaying the work?

3.Why are there is no Shoe casting in STP 2 ? It's casting date is on 08/05/2023
now 11days completed...
