Psychoeducational Programme on: A Letter to Myself

 Objectives:

i. To know what is unfinished business

ii. To identify one’s unfinished business
iii. To know the ways to manage unfinished business

Target:

Form 3 – 5 Students of SMK Seksyen 10 Kota Damansara
