    1. Enclosed is Memorandum No: DRRMS-05-2023-0004 from Atty. Christian E.


    Rivero, Ed.D., Director IV, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service (DRRMS)
    dated May 15, 2023 re RADaR user sim card registration.

    2. School heads and school DRRM coordinators are reminded to register their SIM
    cards before the deadline on July 25, 2023.

    3. Updated SIM card registration would ensure that reportorial duties through the
    RADaR shall not be hampered during times of calamities.

    4. Immediate dissemination and compliance to this Memorandum is desired.
